If we are unable to gain access to your home at the scheduled time, and no prior arrangements have been made, the full cost of the cleaning will be charged. This is to cover our team’s time and travel commitment.

Yes, you can reschedule your cleaning as long as it’s done by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled service. Rescheduling after this time will result in a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved time and resources.
